From dark, dingy, and drab, to warm, stylish and fab!

This once, run down home was completely transformed inside and out!

This dated house had a complete makeover! Outside the home received a facelift with new exterior paint including the roof. Gardens were cleaned up and an old filled pool area was brought back to life as a sunny, garden courtyard. Along with all of this, a rear deck was added.

Carpet was pulled up in the living room revealing beautiful Tasmanian oak floor boards which were brought to life with a good sand and polish adding tonnes of warmth and character. The kitchen gutted, opened and completely updated which really brightened the space.

The original bathroom was tired and begging for change. A resort style bathroom was built, replacing the dirty old spa.

New built-ins were added to the bedrooms and also with consideration of hidden space and the redesigning of an old inbuilt wardrobe, a small office was converted into a third bedroom!

All of this completed on a shoestring budget, creating a warm, stylish light soaked home.
