From a run down and unlivable house to a sophisticated and comfortable home. 

This house was in really bad condition with dirty peeling wallpaper, cobwebs and filthy carpet. It was given a complete makeover, inside and out. The kitchen was small, disgusting and cramped.

With smart consideration of space, a dirty old pantry was removed to help really open up the kitchen and living space creating a refreshing open plan layout. Unfortunately, nothing could be salvaged from the original kitchen and a trendy Japanese style inspired kitchen was built in it’s place.

The living room was tired and dated. The dirty, old carpet had to go, revealing beautiful Tas oak timber floors which were then sanded and polished. Cracks in the walls were filled and A fresh coat of paint really brightened up the room. Instead of replacing the functional wood heater, red heat proof paint was applied, giving it a new lease of life. In the end, a smart, stylish and comfortable living room was created.

The original bathroom was uninspiring and unusable. There was no bathtub, just a tired and daggy shower. It was gutted and replaced with new stylish tiles. Due to being such a small space, an over the bath shower was installed, turning this property into a comfortable family home.

The exterior paint was plain and peeling. The gardens were over grown. After a thorough paint job, including the roof, the garden and yard was neatened up and a new front path and fence was added, presenting a smart and welcoming home.

A large deck was added to the rear of the property that flows through double French doors added to the kitchen.
